威尔斯多夫基金会，ROLEX幕后的实际控制者，堪称当今钟表业最神秘的控制团队，外界对其知之甚少。个人在网上查到了国外钟表论坛有相关成员的资料贴，觉得可能比较真实，所以将此贴转载，让广大表迷，可以略微了解这只团队的构成。以下先做原文转载并做大致翻译。
Patrick Heiniger (Principal Director/ Directeur Général)总管，就是所谓的CEO
Born in 1951. He is a lawyer. He opened a legal firm in 1981 specialised in trademark law, which law fîrm mainly worked for Rolex. His father, the previous principal director of Rolex André Heiniger, made him join Rolex as a manager in the field of marketing and sales. Patrick Heiniger became principal director of Rolex in 1992.
大致意思，出生1951年，原先是个律师。在1981年开办律师事务所从事商标法业务，担任ROLEX此方面的法律顾问。借由他父亲的关系，安德烈·海尼格，当时ROLEX的总管（就是担任幕前的CEO），让他加入了ROLEX的经营团队负责推销业务。自1992年，（接替其父亲）担任ROLEX的总管。

Bertrand Gros （President of the Administraive Council）幕后总负责人-直译为管理委员会总负责人，大致相当于董事长
Born in 1950 in Geneva. He is a graduate of the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1975. He is listed as a Mediator and Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva. For many years, he was an Expert in the Legal and Anti-Counterfeiting Commissions of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry. Bertrand Gros represents major companies – notably in the Swiss watch industry – as well as famous individual athletes.
