求助是否有这块老艾美

我是坛子里一个新人， 准备拿下这块老艾美，请看看这块有什么问题值得下手嘛？

卖家标注大概是1990年型号为44367-4423。 我是看这盘面觉着十分舒服才想下手，但很难找到关于老艾美的资料。

44.367(picture right). Looking at the complicati**, it seems to met that an ETA 2892 movement was used and that ML added a complication on top of it.
